Can I get a refund for a paint event ticket?
RETURN POLICY for ALL Paint Classes :
NO REFUNDS. A ticket credit will be given for individuals cancelling with at least 24 hours notice. “No shows” with no notification will not be issued a ticket credit. Please leave a voice message for Emily Day if calling after hours (850-974-4710)
Please be on time for all paint events, GUESTS ARRIVING LATE MAY LOSE THEIR SPOT AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. If you are running late for a class, please contact Emily Day at 850-974-4710 or 3mday623@gmail.com.
I am interested in one of the KIDZ paint events but my kiddo is a little young, can I help them paint?
Absolutely. You are able to sit with your kids while they paint and help them where they need it.
What if I have never painted before?
All of our paint events require no prior painting experience! Emily goes step by step to ensure you feel comfortable enough to paint with ease.
I have purchased a ticket for a paint event and can no longer attend, can I give my ticket to a friend.
Yes, absolutely. If you would like to give your ticket to a friend, just please contact Emily and let her know via email or text, so she is able to change the name on guest list. 850-974-4710
Can I book a private paint event for my friends and I?
Private paint parties are available! For any occasion; girl’s night, birthday or any other celebration. Click here for full private party information.
I have my own business and would like to host a paint party at my venue, what do I do?
